Most tarpaulins are released the same day or the next working day. For same-day release, send a final file and pay before 12 noon. Big quantities or very large sizes may need an extra day.

PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, and high-resolution JPG or PNG. Canva designs are fine — download them as "PDF Print". For best results, use at least 150 dpi at actual size and CMYK colour. Not sure? Send what you have and we will check it for free.

Yes! Our in-house artists can make your layout — just send the text, photos and theme you want. Simple tarp and greeting layouts start at ₱300 and are often done the same day. We send a proof for approval before printing.

Yes. We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BDO / BPI / Landbank) and cash at the shop. We require a 50% downpayment to start production; orders below ₱1,000 and rush jobs are paid in full.

Yes. You can pick up at our Santa Cruz shop, or we can deliver to nearby Laguna towns, book a Lalamove/Grab for same-day delivery, or ship nationwide via LBC or J&T. Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer.

Many items have no minimum — you can order a single tarp, mug or shirt. Some items like stickers, calling cards, souvenirs and offset jobs have minimums to keep the price per piece low. The minimum is shown on each product page.

Yes. We always send a digital proof first. For big orders (stickers, souvenirs, shirts), you can request a physical sample for a small fee before we run the full quantity.

We are at 064 Maulawin Street, Montserrat Subdivision, Santa Cruz, Laguna 4009. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Messages sent after hours are answered the next working day.

Yes. Bring your own shirts, caps, tote bags or polo and we will heat-press your design. Print-only starts at ₱120 per A4-size print. We will check the fabric first to recommend DTF or vinyl.

Official receipts and sales invoices must be printed by a BIR-accredited printer with your Authority to Print (ATP). Message us and we will advise you on the process. We can print non-BIR forms like order slips, job orders and delivery receipts right away.

You can change or cancel for free before you approve the proof. After approval and once production has started, the downpayment covers materials and labour already used. See our Refund Policy for details.

Standard tarpaulin (10 oz) starts at ₱12 per square foot and high-res tarpaulin (13 oz) at ₱18 per square foot. Multiply width × height in feet: a 3x5 ft standard tarp is 15 sq ft, so about ₱180. Final price depends on size, quantity and finishing — send us your size for an exact quote.

Standard tarpaulin (10 oz) is the everyday choice for birthdays, events and short-term announcements. High-res tarpaulin (13 oz) is thicker with sharper print, better for storefronts, outdoor signage and banners that will stay up longer or be viewed up close.

Yes. We print uniforms, giveaways, event tarps, product labels and office forms in hundreds or thousands. Send your requirements through the bulk quotation form or email info@thinkmedia.store and we will prepare a formal quotation. Bigger quantities get lower prices per piece.

Through our local delivery partner FetchGo PH we deliver around Santa Cruz and nearby Laguna towns, including Pagsanjan, Lumban, Pila, Victoria, Magdalena, Liliw, Nagcarlan, Majayjay, Cavinti, Kalayaan, Paete, Calauan, Bay, Los Baños, Calamba and San Pablo. Outside Laguna we ship nationwide via LBC or J&T.

Yes. Message us on Facebook Messenger (thiNKMediaOfficial), or on Viber or WhatsApp at +63 945 503 7281. Send the item, size, quantity and when you need it, plus your design or reference photo, and we will reply with a price.

The quote form accepts files up to 25 MB (PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG, ZIP and more). For bigger files, upload them to a free service like WeTransfer (wetransfer.com), Google Drive or Smash (fromsmash.com) and paste the download link in the "Link to your file" box on the quote form — or send the link through Messenger or Viber. Make sure the link is set so anyone with it can view or download.

Often, yes. Rush and same-day printing is available for tarpaulins, stickers and short-run flyers when the file is final and payment is received before 12 noon. A rush fee may apply. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm if we can make it.

For short runs — usually up to a few hundred pieces — digital printing is cheaper and faster. For big runs of flyers, brochures and forms, offset printing gives the lowest cost per piece. Tell us the quantity and we will recommend the cheaper option.

Yes. We print tarpaulins, stickers, pamaypay (hand fans), shirts and flyers for candidates and campaigns. Message us early during campaign season so we can schedule your run.
