Think Media respects your privacy and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

Details you give us through the quote form, website chat or online store checkout: name, mobile number, email, delivery address, business name, order details and uploaded files.
Basic technical information such as your IP address and the page you were on when you started a chat, used to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations, process online store orders, and produce and deliver your order.
To contact you about your order by call, SMS, Viber, Messenger or email.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with couriers (such as FetchGo PH, Lalamove, Grab, LBC or J&T) when you ask us to deliver, and with no one else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

Inquiries, orders and chats are kept for up to 2 years for order history and after-sales support, then deleted. Files you upload through the website are deleted automatically 48 hours after upload — download links you send us (WeTransfer, Google Drive and similar) are not stored as files.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@thinkmedia.store or messaging us.
