Election campaign printing checklist: tarps, pamaypay, stickers and shirts

Campaign season moves fast, and printers get busy. Use this checklist to plan your materials early.

The usual campaign materials

• Tarpaulins — from ₱12 per sq ft (standard) or ₱18 (high-res). Same-day release is possible for final files paid before noon.
• Streamers / vertical banners — from ₱150 (1.5x4 ft), for rallies and headquarters.
• Pamaypay (hand fans) — from ₱22 per piece, minimum 50, ready in 3–5 working days. A favourite at outdoor rallies.
• Die-cut stickers — from ₱12 per piece, minimum 50, for cars, bags and supporters.
• Button pins — from ₱20 per pin, minimum 30.
• Ref magnets — from ₱18 per piece, minimum 50. They stay on the ref long after the rally.
• Shirts — DTF shirts from ₱280 each with no minimum, or print on your own shirts from ₱120 per print.

Plan your timeline

1. Finalise the design and slogan first — one layout can be adapted to all materials.
2. Order items with longer lead times early: pamaypay, magnets and pins take a few working days.
3. Print tarps and stickers last — they are the fastest.
